A: The Flooring Clearance Center works with over 60 flooring manufacturers. Our staff works daily with professional installers, remodelers, and homeowners to providing installation and maintenance supplies for their businesses.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes. Charges may apply depending on the quantity and distance. Please contact us for delivery options and details.
Q: How convenient is it for me to pick up my purchase myself?
A: You can use our receiving/loading dock, and we can provide assistance in loading your items.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: In general, all sales are final. However, many items are under full manufacturer warranty.
Your purchase is protected by the manufacturer's warranty, which should be clearly marked on the product.
If you're not sure if a warranty applies to your choice of product, just ask.
Q: What about manufacturer warranties?
A: Products are clearly marked as to whether they are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
If you don't see the warranty clearly marked on the product in
our clearance center, just ask. Your purchases are covered by all warranties that the
manufacturer offers, even at wholesale prices.
Q: What if I don't want to install the flooring myself? Can you help me find an installer?
A: Yes, we can refer highly qualified installers because many professional installers come to us for flooring, tools and supplies. If you'd like to talk to a professional installer,
we'll be glad to provide referrals on request.
Q: Can I rent equipment to install or refinish my floor?
A: Yes. We have professional quality sanders, nailers, and other installation equipment you can rent.
Q: Can I place special orders?
A: Yes, you can request special items like medallions, decorative moldings, or specific flooring products.
If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask. You can visit the showroom and ask what's available.

A: We are at 6009 Farrington Avenue, which is at the intersection of Eisenhower Avenue and Van Dorn St. in Alexandria, VA. Follow Farrington Ave. to the right; 6009 Farrington is on the left.
